The experience of being involved for 20 years as a competitive-level athlete and coach taught him that consistent training, dedication, and commitment yield excellence. The dynamics of training and competing in a sports team environment bear close similarities to working in a finance broking business. For the last 10 years Robbie has worked overseas and locally in supporting back-office roles that included Beltina. Recently he has rejoined operations on a full-time basis as its Business Manager to grow the business, build the Beltina team, and work with the clients to achieve their financial goals.
